Pilot: Navigating the Guesty dashbboard

The Guesty dashboard is designed to enhance your user experience and streamline your navigation process. In this article, we walk you through the new navigation structure, highlighting the locations of key items and providing you with a comprehensive guide to confidently navigate through the Guesty dashboard.

Top navigation bar

The top navigation bar gives you quick access to the following features:

  • Menu icon: To maximize your workspace, you can expand or collapse the side navigation menu. This is controlled by the menu icon located in the top-left corner of your dashboard next to the Guesty logo.
  • Guesty logo: To the right of the menu icon, you'll find the Guesty logo, which redirects you to the home screen at any time. 
  • Search bar: The search bar is located in the center of the top navigation bar. Use it to search for a specific reservation, property, guest, and more.
  • Bookmarks: Use bookmarks to save a page you frequently use. Drag your bookmarks to view them in order of preference. 
  • Quick add: Quickly create a reservation, owner, task, expense or user.
  • Notifications: View notifications on account updates and alerts to quickly take action when necessary.
  • Help with Guesty: Access instant assistance in the answers widget, where you can submit a support ticket or receive 24/7 chat support.
  • Account settings: In the top right corner of the top navigation bar, access your profile settings or log out of your account.

Side navigation menu

The side navigation is organized into clear, functional categories. Depending on your roles and permissions, you will see the following sections in your sidebar:

Inbox

Access the Inbox to view conversations with your guests and use the Inbox widget.

Multi-Calendar

Track reservations, manage availability blocks, and monitor property changes with the Multi-Calendar.

Properties overview

Access an overview of your properties. Click a property to view and manage its details.

Reservations report

Access your reservations reports. Click a reservation to view and edit its details.

PriceOptimizer

Access your Guesty PriceOptimizer dashboard to view covered listings, pricing forecasts, and available customization features.

Operations

This section handles the day-to-day management of your business. Access your tasks, Guesty Locks Manager, Guest app, contacts, message automations, saved replies, and auto responses.

Financials

Centralize your revenue and costs. Here you will find your payment processing, income reports, payment automations, and Analytics.

Channels

Focus on growth and visibility. Access the distribution integrations page for all channels.

Integrations

Connect your ecosystem. Access Guesty add-ons and the Marketplace.

Account

Manage your core settings, including account settings, company info, and user management.

Access Billing to view information related to payments, invoices, and credit history.
