Troubleshooting: A Booking.com listing is stuck in pending or failed

If you encountered a problem linking an existing Guesty listing to a Booking.com listing, check our troubleshooting below to resolve the issue.

Identify the error in the Booking.com dashboard

Step by step

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Channels.
  3. Select Booking.com.
  4. In the relevant listing row, check the "Status" column.
    • If the listing is stuck in Pending status for more than 24 hours, contact us.
    • If the status is Failed, click Show more.

  5. Follow the instructions if there's a recommended action you can take.

    Click Fix now if displayed to be redirected to the page where you can make the necessary changes.
