Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) are the guest's anticipated arrival and departure times, which are separate from a listing's default check-in and check-out times

Edit a guest's ETA and ETD to update if a guest is arriving early or departing late, and their reservation will update accordingly.

Update a guest's ETA and ETD

Follow the steps below to update the guest's estimated arrival and departure times.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click More, then select Reservations.
  3. Click the relevant reservation.
  4. Next to "Summary", click the Pencil icon.

  5. Edit the fields under ETA and ETD.
  6. Next to "Summary", click Save.
