You can change a listing's default check-in and check-out times via the listing's page. The change won't apply to existing reservations.

The listing's default check-in and check-out times reflect the listing's time zone, while the check-in and check-out times on the reservation page reflect your computer's time zone.  For example: A listing in Spain has a default check-in time of 4:00 PM. If you're located in New York, the check-in time in the reservation page will be shown as 10:00 AM. You can change your computer's time zone to match the listing's time zone.

In case a guest arrives later or leaves early, you can block the night before or after their reservations.

Airbnb:

  • Check-in and check-out times will be converted to rounded hours. For example, if you define the check-in start time as 12:30 PM, it will sync to Airbnb as 12:00 PM.
  • You can set the check-in/check-out time as "Flexible". In this case, a guest can edit the check-in/check-out time during the booking process. If this happens, the reservation will be received as a request to book.
  • You can set the check-in start and end times. The check-in end time must be at least two hours after the check-in start time, and the check-in end time must be set as "Flexible".
  • If a guest creates a reservation within 48 hours of the check-in date, Airbnb offers the option to select a custom check-in time, which may be outside of the host's defined check-in window.
If this happens, the reservation will be received as a request to book.
