Managing a guest's ETA and ETD

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) are the guest's anticipated arrival and departure times, which are separate from a listing's default check-in and check-out times.

For listings connected to Airbnb: Changing the ETA or ETD is not supported on Airbnb. If you adjust these values in Guesty, they will revert to the listing's default check-in or check-out times following the next update from Airbnb.

To change the ETA and ETD in Guesty:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservation report.
3. Click the relevant reservation.
4. In the submenu, click Overview.
5. Update the guest's ETA and ETD by changing the check-in and check-out times of the reservation.
   The timing of the reservation is displayed inside the reservation timing tile.
