Setting a listing's base price

A base price is the default rate of your listing per night. You can set base prices separately for weekdays and weekends. You must set a base price to list a listing on booking channels.

Base prices apply to dates when the rate has not been adjusted by pricing tools (for example, a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar).

When importing a listing from Airbnb, the listing's base price is synced to Guesty.

Setting a listing's weekend base price

Follow the instructions below to set a listing's weekend base price:

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. In the left-side menu, click Pricing & Policies.
5. From the dropdown, click Pricing.
6. Next to "Base Price", click Edit.
7. Enter the relevant nightly price under "Weekends - Base price".
8. Click Save.

Follow the instructions below to set a listing's weekday base price:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. In the left-side menu, click Pricing & policies.
5. Click Pricing from the dropdown.
6. Next to "Base Price", click Edit.
7. Enter the relevant nightly price under "Weekdays - Base price".
8. Click Save.
