Manually changing a listing's minimum nights per stay for specific dates

When you import a listing from Airbnb, you define its default minimum nights per stay. The minimum number of nights is calculated based on the guest's check-in date.

The default number of nights can be adjusted by availability tools such as a Guesty PriceOptimizer, or manually changed for specific nights via the calendar, as will be described next.

You can view the minimum number of nights related to each date via the listing’s calendar. The number of nights in each cell in the listing’s calendar reflects the default or the adjusted minimum nights, depending on whether or not there has been a change to the default. Not all adjustments to the minimum number of nights are reflected in the Multi-Calendar.

When creating a manual reservation, your selection of dates will ignore any applied minimum number of nights. However, reservations made via booking channels will adhere to the minimum number of nights for the relevant dates.

You can manually adjust (or “override”) the listing’s minimum nights for specific dates. 

Follow the instructions below. 

Via the Multi-Calendar

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click .
3. Select the relevant dates in the row of the relevant listing.
4. In the right sidebar, click Override min nights or rates. Adjust the minimum number of nights value.

   

5. Click Save.

Via a listing's calendar

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. In the left-side menu, click Calendar, then select Calendar.
5. Click the relevant date on the listing's calendar. Adjust the dates in the right sidebar if needed.
6. In the right sidebar, click Override min nights or rates. Adjust the minimum number of nights value.

   

7. Click Save.
