Setting minimum and maximum stay durations enables you to decide exactly how long guests can stay, helping you avoid gaps or unmanageable turnovers.
While you manage these settings in Guesty, availability tools, such as third-party pricing software or manual calendar adjustments, can override your defaults. Additionally, the way these limits sync varies by booking channel.

Manage Airbnb stay limits
When you import a listing from Airbnb, your default minimum and maximum nights are synced to Guesty. You can change the property's default settings per stay and limit the length of accepted bookings to your desired range.
Minimum nights per day of the week are synced to Guesty as well, and are editable there. For example, you can require three-night minimums for Monday check-ins (according to a minimum number of nights per day of the week) while maintaining two-night minimums for the rest of the week (according to the default minimum nights).
If you want to allow Airbnb guests to request bookings that exceed your maximum limit, set your limit to more than 28 days.
Changes to minimum nights or nightly rates should appear immediately in Guesty. If they don't, wait 10-15 minutes for potential system or network delays before contacting support.
Important:
Learn more about Airbnb's local rules and regulations to understand the regional prerequisites and limitations that may apply to your listing.
This is important as Airbnb may automatically enforce certain settings if you don’t meet local requirements, such as requiring property registration, limiting the number of nights you can host each year, or only allowing long-term stays even if you've set a shorter stay.
