Disconnecting a dynamic pricing tool from your channel account

Disconnect a third-party dynamic pricing tool from your channel before you connect it in Guesty to prevent pricing conflicts. Follow these steps to remove the connection in each channel.

Disconnect from Airbnb

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Airbnb account.
2. At the top right, click the menu icon and open your Account settings.
3. In the left-side menu, click Privacy.
4. Scroll down to "Connected services".
5. Under the relevant pricing tool, click Remove access.
6. In the pop-up, click Remove access.

Disconnect from Vrbo

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your pricing tool account.
2. Find your connected channels and listing, and remove the connection.
3. Contact Vrbo and ask them to disconnect the pricing tool.

Disconnect from Booking.com

Step by step:

1. Sign into your Booking.com account.
2. Select Account.
3. Under "Connectivity Provider", disconnect the pricing tool.
4. Follow additional steps presented, depending on your pricing tool.
5. Sign in to your pricing tool account.
6. Find your connected channels and listing, and remove the connection.
