PriceLabs provides innovative revenue management solutions. Once connected to Guesty, PriceLabs manages pricing and minimum nights based on the customization you set up.
Updating the price per night manually and Guesty's rate strategy feature, as rate strategy can override rates generated by a pricing tool. Additionally, updating the price per night manually may override the rates provided by the pricing tool.

The frequency of syncing prices from PriceLabs to Guesty is set in PriceLabs. By default, prices are synced every 24 hours. However, you can set them to sync more often. When you sync prices manually, it may take up to 15 minutes for the new rates to appear in Guesty. If there are no changes after this time, contact us.
PriceLabs doesn't alter calendar blocks or additional fees.

Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Marketplace.
- Search for "PriceLabs" then click Connect.
- At the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up, copy the API key.
- Click OK.
Important:
The API token is only valid for 4 hours, so proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.
Connect PriceLabs with Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- In the top-left corner, click Add your listings.
- From the pop-up, select Guesty as your PMS.
- In the pop-up, paste the API key in the designated field.
- Check Use Guesty nicknames to import the listings' nicknames from Guesty into the "Tags" column of the PriceLabs dashboard, or uncheck to import the listings' tags.
- Click Connect.
Manage listing pricing through PriceLabs
Step by step:
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Under "Sync prices", toggle on the relevant listing to begin managing pricing through PriceLabs, or toggle off to stop.
- Under "Review pricing", click Review pricing for the relevant listing to see PriceLabs' suggested price per night.
Changes in pricing automatically update in Guesty based on the frequency set in PriceLabs. Click Sync now! for a manual sync at any time.
Add new Guesty listings after being connected
If you add new listings in Guesty after you've connected to PriceLabs, follow the steps below to connect these listings to PriceLabs. Also, if you update a listing nickname in Guesty, follow these steps to update the name in PriceLabs as well.
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Click Add/Reconnect listings, selecting “Guesty” as the PMS provider.
- From the dropdown menu, select your existing account.
- Select the listing from the dropdown menu of the account you want to reconnect or add new listings to.
- Click Reconnect account.
Navigate to the Pricelabs dashboard view to verify that the new listings are appearing.
Note:
To sync check-in and check-out settings from PriceLabs, contact PriceLabs support or via chat on PriceLabs' website and request the check-in/check-out feature for your account. Once enabled, you can set up the restrictions within PriceLabs. These check-in/check-out restrictions will not be visible in Guesty, so you can't review them there. You can only verify the settings within your PriceLabs account.
PriceLabs is not supported in the following countries: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria.
