Beyond, formerly known as Beyond Pricing, is a revenue management platform for short-term rental owners and managers to get, keep, and grow revenue.
Updating the price per night manually may override the rates provided by the pricing tool.
Follow the instructions below to connect Beyond to Guesty.
Copy the Guesty API key
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
and select Marketplace.
- Search for "Beyond" and click Connect.
- In the top-right corner, click Connect.
- Click the API key to copy it.
- Click Ok.
Connect Beyond with Guesty
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Beyond account. If you don't already have an account, you can sign up for a free trial.
- Click Link account or Link another account.
- From the list of available PMS's, select Guesty.
- Paste the API key you copied in the steps above.
- Click Link account.
Once the listings import, set up pricing preferences and begin updating prices in Guesty.
Import channel reservations
Importing past reservations can significantly improve your smart pricing recommendations. Before importing channel reservations, contact us to update the confirmation dates in Guesty. This allows Beyond to sync the correct channel confirmation dates.
