Troubleshooting: Canceled reservation still blocking calendar

If a reservation was canceled but is still showing as a block in your calendar, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

  1. Check the sync time for the reservation's booking channel source and make sure enough time has passed.  Reservation changes, including cancellations, sync immediately with Airbnb and Booking.com but only sync daily with Vrbo.
  2. If the reservation should have already synced, troubleshoot for possible browser issues.
  3. If the issue is still not resolved, please contact us.
