You can delete a listing from Guesty at any time. All data related to the listing will be permanently deleted. Once a listing is deleted, its data won't be displayed alongside the relevant charges on your Guesty bill. You'll see "Software" or "Undefined" instead. If you don't want to permanently remove the listing, deactivate it temporarily. A deactivated listing will show the full data on your bill.

When a listing is deleted, you can still view your assigned reservation details on the reservation page. However, the only alteration you can make is assigning the reservation to a new listing. A notification will appear in the summary section to indicate that the original listing has been deleted.

Follow the instructions below to delete a listing from Guesty.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Calendar.
  3. Hover over the name of the relevant listing and click the expand icon.
  4. In the left-side menu, click Settings.
  5. On the top right, click Actions.
  6. Click Delete property.
  7. If the listing is still connected to booking channels, disconnect it first, then click Done. Otherwise, tick the I have read and understood the result of permanently deleting this property, and click Yes, permanently delete checkbox.
