When a listing is disconnected in Guesty, it remains in the integration page but is no longer connected to the booking channel. This means that any updates made on the listing, such as changes to a reservation and associated guest messages, no longer sync between platforms.

Availability for a disconnected listing in the booking channel depends on the channel. For example, in Booking.com and Expedia, a disconnected a listing removes it from search results, making it unbookable. In Airbnb and Vrbo, a disconnected listing remains active and bookable unless additional action is taken in the channel.
