Changing the number of pets in a reservation

You can update the number of pets for manual or Vrbo reservations (only). To receive reservations with pets, set your listing to allow pets.

To add pets to a manual reservation, first create the reservation. Then, in the reservation page, change the number of pets to the relevant number.

Follow the steps below to change the number of pets in a reservation.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click More, then select Reservations.
3. Click the relevant reservation.
4. Next to “Summary”, click  .
5. Under "Pets", use the arrows to set the number of pets.
6. Click Change.
7. If a "Payout" pop-up appears, update the relevant information as needed. Then, click Save.
8. Charge or adjust the pet fee as needed.
