With the Guesty Inbox, you can send saved replies to answer frequently asked questions quickly, choose how to send messages to guests, and communicate internally with your team by leaving notes.
Internal notes are displayed in yellow and won't be sent to guests.
Follow the instructions below to add an Internal note to a guest's conversation for you and your team.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Inbox. - In the Inbox submenu, click Guests.
- Select the relevant conversation thread.
- At the bottom of the page, click Type your message here and enter your message.
- Next to the Send button, select the communication method Internal note.
- Click Send.
