After importing a listing from Airbnb, the default minimum and maximum nights will be pulled to Guesty. You can change the listing's default minimum and maximum nights per stay, and limit the length of accepted bookings to your desired range.
The default minimum and maximum nights you set can be overridden by availability tools (such as a third-party pricing tool, or a manual adjustment via the calendar), or by a minimum number of nights per day of the week (available for Lite users).
The minimum nights per day of the week will be pulled to Guesty as well, and you can modify them in Guesty. For example, reservations with check-in on Mondays can be required with a minimum stay of 3 nights (according to a minimum number of nights per day of the week), while for all other days, the minimum nights can be 2 (according to the default minimum nights).
Also, you can allow your Airbnb guests to book reservations above the default maximum number of nights, and receive them as requests to book. Your maximum night limit should be more than 28 days to activate this feature.
Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the left-side menu, click Calendar and select Availability settings.
- Next to "Length of stay limits", click Edit.
- Use the upward and downward arrows under "Minimum length of stay is" and "Maximum length of stay is" to set the desired values.
- (Optional): To allow reservations above your maximum night limit for Airbnb, toggle on Accept requests to book from Airbnb. Your maximum number of nights should be more than 28 hours to activate this feature.
- Beta users: To set a different minimum number of nights per day of the week, click Add minimum nights per stay. Then, select the day under "Days of the week", and set the relevant value under "Minimum nights". Click Add another day and repeat the step to set additional minimum nights for other days.
- Click Save.
