Manually changing a listing's price for specific nights

When you create a listing, you set its base price per night. The base price can automatically be adjusted by pricing tools (such as third-party pricing tools), or manually changed for specific nights via the calendar, as will be described next. Not all adjustments to the base price are reflected in the Multi-Calendar.

When a base price is adjusted, it becomes a “nightly rate”.

The prices on each cell in the Multi-Calendar reflect the nightly rate, or the base price (if it hasn’t been manually adjusted). You can manually adjust (or “override”) the listing’s price per night for selected dates.
