Google Vacation Rentals allows travelers to search for and book vacation rentals directly through Google Travel. By connecting your Guesty account to Google Vacation Rentals, you can increase your property's visibility and reach more potential guests.
Note:
- Access to Google Vacation Rentals a premium feature. During your Guesty Lite trial, Google Vacation Rentals is locked. To access Google Vacation Rentals, you will be required to provide your payment details You will only be charged once your trial period ends.
- Google Vacation Rentals fees aren't included in your Guesty Lite subscription.
Before you begin
Before connecting to Google Vacation Rentals, ensure the following requirements are met:
- Connect your Airbnb account.
- Connect at least one Guesty Booking Website to your Guesty account.
- Your listings meet Google's eligibility requirements for vacation rentals.
- Billing: Your account is charged per month for each connected listing. Billing starts the day your account is connected. If you disconnect at any time, billing automatically stops with the next month. No further charges apply after disconnection is effective.
Connect to Google Vacation Rentals
Follow the instructions below to connect a Guesty Booking Website to Google Vacation Rentals. Repeat the steps for each additional Guesty Booking Website you want to connect to Google Vacation Rentals.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels.
- Under “Connect to Google Vacation Rentals”, click Subscribe to Guesty Lite.
- Enter your payment information and click Subscribe now.
- In the subscription confirmation popup, click Connect Google VR.
- If your Airbnb account isn’t connected, click Connect to Airbnb. Learn more about connecting your Airbnb account to Guesty.
- Once your Airbnb account is connected, click Create a Booking Website. Learn more about creating a Guesty Website.

Check the box to confirm and click Connect to Google.
A pop-up will appear indicating that Google is reviewing your connection. Once approved, listings will be published and searchable within two weeks. Click Go to Google Dashboard to be redirected to the Google Vacation Rentals integration page to monitor and manage your listings.
Your listings will display one of the following statuses:
- Live: Your listing is active and searchable on Google Vacation Rentals.
- Pending: Your listing is under review by Google. Review can take up to 2 weeks.

Error: There's an issue with your listing that needs attention:
Click Learn more to view the error, and if displayed, click
to be redirected to the relevant page to fix the issue. Save changes and return to the previous tab. Click Retry listing. Your listing status will update accordingly.
Disconnect a listing from Google Vacation Rentals
When you disconnect a listing from Google Vacation Rentals, billing will continue for the current period and stop for the next cycle.
Follow the steps below to disconnect a listing from Google Vacation Rentals.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels and select Google Vacation Rentals.

Under the "Actions" column, click
to the right of the relevant listing and select Disconnect. The listing is disconnected from the Google Vacation Rentals integration with Guesty, but will remain connected to your Guesty Booking Website.
