Add external profile links for your guests to quickly access their information and history for each reservation. You can view past requests and preferences, and navigate directly to the guest’s profiles on Vrbo or Booking.com.
For Airbnb, Guesty adds the profile link automatically for the main guest as soon as you confirm their Airbnb reservation. You do not need to add this link manually for Airbnb bookings.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the side navigation menu, click
Reservation report. - Click on the relevant reservation.
- In the "Guest" section, hover over the "External profiles" heading. Click Edit on the right.
- Click the text box under "OTA links." Type the profile URL of the guest for Vrbo or Booking.com. To change the platform, click the logo to the left of the text box and select the correct platform logo.
