Disconnecting, removing, or reconnecting your Airbnb account to Guesty

You can disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty and reconnect it at any time. You can also permanently remove your Airbnb account from Guesty.

Follow the instructions below to disconnect, remove, or reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty.

Disconnect Guesty from your Airbnb account

You must first disconnect your listings before you can disconnect your account. Failure to do so will may affect your ability to disconnect your account. Disconnected listings will remain on the account’s integration page. If you no longer have access to your Guesty account (such as when your free trial ended) contact us to disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty on your behalf.

Step by step:

1. Sign into your Airbnb account.
2. In the top right corner, click the profile icon.
3. From the dropdown, select Account.
4. Optional:
   1. Click the Personal info thumbnail.
   2. Next to "Email address", click Edit, and replace your Guesty integration email with another address to stop receiving notifications in Guesty.
   3. Click Save.
   4. Return to Account.
5. Click the Privacy & sharing thumbnail.
6. Under "Services", click Remove access next to Guesty.
7. Click Remove Guesty.

   The account will be disconnected within 15 minutes.

Once disconnected, the status will change in Guesty to “Not connected”. You can now remove the account from Guesty, or reconnect it.

Remove your Airbnb account from Guesty

You must disconnect your account before you can permanently remove it. Follow the instructions to remove your Airbnb account from Guesty after you have done so.  If you no longer have access to your Guesty account (such as when your free trial ended) contact us to remove your Airbnb account from Guesty on your behalf.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Channels, and select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down to the account you want to remove.
4. If the account status is "Pending" or isn't showing a "Disconnected" status, refresh the page, and wait 15 minutes for the status to update.
5. Once the account displays a “Disconnected” status is Guesty, select Remove the account and click Remove.

Reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Channels
3. Select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
4. Next to the disconnected account, click Reconnect the account at any time.
