Before you begin

Remember to download anything you might need access to later (e.g., check-in forms signed by guests, revenue reports, etc.). You will not have access to any of your data in Guesty once the account is deactivated.

Note:

  • Guesty Lite offers a 14 days free trial period for users to explore the platform.
  • Canceling the trial ensures no charges are incurred once the trial period ends.
  • After trial cancellation, access to Guesty features is revoked.
  • To reactivate your account after trial, contact us.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the profile icon and select Billing.
  3. Click Cancel my subscription. You will still be able to sign in to your Guesty account until the end of the current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will be deactivated.
  4. Disconnect from all booking channels:
    • Airbnb
    • Booking.com:
      1. Remove Guesty as your Connectivity Provider in the extranet for each one of the listings connected to the account.
      2. Once that is complete, contact us to disconnect your Booking.com account from Guesty.
    • Vrbo: Contact us to disconnect your Vrbo account from Guesty.

After your subscription period has ended your account will be suspended.

Click Resubscribe in the top navigation bar and follow the prompts to renew your subscription.
