If you no longer work with Airbnb, or the listings associated with an account are no longer under your management, you can disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty. You can reconnect a disconnected account at any time, or permanently remove it from Guesty after disconnecting it.
Disconnect Guesty from your Airbnb account
Follow the instructions to disconnect Guesty from your Airbnb account. Disconnected listings remain on the Airbnb integration page in Guesty, which you can reconnect at any time.
Before you begin
Disconnect your listings before you can disconnect your account. Failure to do so will may affect your ability to disconnect your account.
Note:
Disconnecting an account is only supported via Guesty on desktop, or via Airbnb.
Step by step:
- Sign into your Airbnb account.
- Click the Personal info thumbnail.
- Next to "Email address", click Edit, and replace your Guesty integration email with another address to stop receiving notifications in Guesty.
- Click Save.
- At the top right, click the menu icon and open your Account settings.
- In the lefthand menu, click Privacy.
- Scroll down to Connected services.
- Under "Guesty", click Remove access.
- In the pop-up, click Remove access.
The account will be disconnected within 15 minutes.
Once disconnected, the status will change in Guesty to “Not connected”. You can now remove the account from Guesty, or reconnect it.
Tip:
If you no longer have access to your Guesty account (such as when your free trial ended), contact us to disconnect your Airbnb account from Guesty on your behalf.
Remove your Airbnb account from Guesty
You must disconnect your account before you can permanently remove it. If you no longer have access to your Guesty account (such as when your free trial ended) contact us to remove your Airbnb account from Guesty on your behalf.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels, and select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the account you want to remove.
- If the account status is "Pending" or isn't showing a "Disconnected" status, refresh the page, and wait 15 minutes for the status to update.
- Once the account displays a “Disconnected” status is Guesty, select Remove the account and click Remove.

Reconnect your Airbnb account to Guesty
Follow the instructions to reconnect a disconnected Airbnb account to Guesty.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels
- Select Airbnb from the dropdown menu.
- Next to the disconnected account, click Reconnect the account at any time.
