Important:
Guesty Lite users can only export a CSV file of their reservations report. Also, only a limited set of filters is available.You can export a CSV file of your reservations at any time. The file will be sent to you by email. If you've received an email advising that the file could not be created or if you have not received an email at all, you may be encountering one of the following issues:
- The email was sent to your spam or trash, or there is a problem with your email address
- The file is too large due to the amount of data
- The sorting of certain columns is overloading the system
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Check if there is an issue with your email
To see if the reason for not receiving the CSV file is due to an issue with your email, change your primary email address and resend the file. Check if it was received at the new email address.
Reduce the file size
The amount of data being generated may be preventing the CSV file from being created. If the report contains a large amount of data, we suggest adding more filters to reduce it.
File is still not received
The file may not have been created due to a technical error. Wait 5 minutes and send it again.
