Vrbo sends account-related notifications to the primary email address in your Vrbo account. Account-related notifications can include updates on your Vrbo account status or Vrbo support emails.
Follow the instructions below to send these account notifications to an additional email address.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Vrbo account.
- Click My account.
- From the dropdown menu, select Account settings.
- Click Account information.
- Under Account holder, add the desired email address in the "Email 3" field.
- Click Save changes.
- Add the relevant email address in the "Contacts" section of each listing.
Important:
Don't replace the integration email address in the "Email 2" field, since this field enables the flow of guest communication between Vrbo and Guesty.
