Stopping an auto review for an Airbnb reservation

You can use Guesty's auto reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for a specific Airbnb reservation. If needed, you can turn off the automatic posting of a review for a specific reservation.

Follow the instructions below to stop the automatic posting.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservation report.
3. Click the relevant reservation.
4. In the submenu, click Guests.
5. Under the "personal info" section, toggle off the Auto review toggle.
