You can use Guesty's auto reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for a specific Airbnb reservation. If needed, you can turn off the automatic posting of a review for a specific reservation.
Follow the instructions below to stop the automatic posting.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Other, then select Reservations from the dropdown menu.
- Click the relevant reservation.
- Scroll down to the "Guest" section and toggle off Auto review.
