Stopping a reservation's Auto Review from being posted

You can use Guesty's Auto Reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for your Airbnb and Vrbo reservations. If needed, you can turn off the automatic posting of a review for a specific reservation. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Other then select Reservations from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the relevant reservation.
4. Scroll down to the "Guest" section, then turn off the Auto Review toggle.
