Troubleshooting: Calendar discrepancies on Booking.com

You can allocate one rate plan per listing. If you encounter calendar-related discrepancies on Booking.com, it may be due to having multiple rate plans set for a property. 

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue by ensuring only one rate plan is connected to your listing. 

Step by step:

  1. Log into the Booking.com Extranet.
  2. Go to Rates & Availability.
  3. From the dropdown menu select Rate Plans.
  4. Delete unnecessary rate plans:
    • Select each derived rate plan individually.
    • Click Delete to remove the derived rate plans.
  5. After deleting the derived rate plans, verify that the dates and rates are correctly displayed.
  6. Ensure that only a single rate plan remains for the property.
