Confirming automated messages were sent to a guest

For smooth and effective communication with guests, easily confirm through Guesty that your automated messages have been dispatched successfully for each reservation.
 
Follow the instructions below:

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Inbox.
  3. In the submenu, click Guests inbox.
  4. In the submenu, under "All conversations", select the relevant guest's thread.

    If they have more than one reservation, you'll see a dropdown arrow next to the confirmation code in the right side panel. Click the arrow to select the relevant reservation from the dropdown menu.

  5. In the right side panel, click the automated messages icon.
  6. Under "Guest auto messages", click History.
    • If a checkmark appears next to a message, it was successfully sent.
    • If an X appears next to a message, it failed to send. See our troubleshooting guide.
