Your guests can choose to pay for their reservations by split payments into multiple payment methods.

Read below to learn how to split payment:

Before you begin

Collect the payment methods from your guests by manually adding the payment method to the reservation

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Reservation report.
  3. Select the relevant reservation.
  4. In the left submenu, click Payments.
  5. In the top-right corner, click New payment.
  6. Enter the amount and the date information.
  7. Under "Payment method":
    • If one credit card is attached to the reservation, click Save if you scheduled the payment for a future date, or Charge now if the payment is due for the current date.
    • If more than one credit card is attached, click Present reservation payment methods and select the additional card from the dropdown menu.

      Click Save if you scheduled the payment for a future date, or Charge now if the payment is due for the current date.

    • If no credit card is attached, or to add a new card, click Present reservation payment methods and select New credit card from the dropdown menu.
      • Fill in the credit card information.
      • Click Save if you scheduled the payment for a future date, or Charge now if the payment is due for the current date.
