Editing or deleting an auto review template

Automate the process of leaving guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations by allowing Guesty to post them on your behalf.

Create a template for the review, choose when you'd like reviews to be posted, and select the default star rating. You can edit or delete a template at any time.

Edit an auto review template

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation menu, click Properties overview.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. In the submenu, click Automations.
5. Select Auto reviews.
6. Edit the text in the relevant template's textbox.
   You can also add variables to the template to personalize the reviews.
   For auto reviews, you can only add the following variables: {{guest}}, {{guest_first}}, and {{listing_address_city}}.
7. Click Save.

Delete an auto review template

To delete an auto review template, click next to the template you'd like to delete.
