Use the unlisting schedule to automatically list or unlist your properties on connected booking channels. This feature ensures you only receive reservations during specific times, such as business hours, so you can respond immediately.
Important:
If an unlist schedule is active, you must deactivate it before you unlist or deactivate the listing. Otherwise, the listing reactivates automatically.

Vrbo
Data is synced with Vrbo within 24 hours. It may cause delays in using this feature.
Activate or deactivate the unlisting schedule
Follow the instructions below to activate or deactivate the feature.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the left-side menu, click Marketing and select List on channels.
- Next to "Unlisting schedule", click Edit.

Toggle Unlist schedule on or off.
If toggling on, click Add time period. Select the relevant days and hours, then click Add. Repeat this step to add more time periods.
Note:
The time is based on the property's local time.

- At the top-right corner, click Save.
The listing unlists on all connected channels during the scheduled times. You can't schedule unlisting for specific channels individually.
