A reservation's invoice total and payout amount do not match

If you discover a discrepancy between a reservation's invoice total and the payout amount, check the following.
  • Taxes. Check that the value on the booking channel matches the value(s) in Guesty.
  • Discounts. Check that the weekly and monthly discounts in Guesty match the discounts on the booking channel.
  • Markups. Check that the listing's markup is applied to the relevant booking channel.
