Guesty Journey supports you from your first step until your trial ends:
- Guides you step by step: Walks you through each onboarding task in real time, in sessions that usually take 15 to 20 minutes.
- Responds to voice or chat: Ask questions in plain language by talking or typing.
- Takes action for you: Clicks, navigates, and fills in forms on your behalf, so it does more than point to buttons.
- Answers product questions: Keeps answering questions and supporting you after you complete the onboarding agenda, until your trial ends.
- Connects you with a person: Sends you to paid onboarding or opens a support ticket, depending on your question.
Start Guesty Journey
Follow the steps below to start onboarding with Guesty Journey.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the Guesty Journey pop-up, click Start onboarding.
- Allow microphone and screen access when prompted. Guesty Journey uses them to hear your questions and see where you are in Guesty.
After you start, open Guesty Journey anytime from the Homepage.
Understand how Guesty Journey handles your data
Guesty Journey is an AI agent. It needs a few permissions to help you. Here is what it accesses and how it handles your data:
- What it sees: It accesses your Guesty screen, clicks, typing, and voice only during an active conversation. It never runs in the background.
- What it doesn't see: It automatically hides passwords, payment card numbers, and security codes.
- Conversation recording: It records your voice and screen to ensure quality support. It notifies you at the start of each conversation.
- AI training: It never uses your conversations to train AI models.
