Use Truvi custom fields

Truvi custom fields help you track guest screening progress and set up automations directly in Guesty. Use these fields' variables in your automated messages to communicate with guests based on their screening status.

Here are the available fields and their variables.

  • "Superhog verified" This field shows if a guest has completed the screening. It defaults to "No" and updates to "Yes" when the guest finishes the screening process. Use this field to trigger automations, like sending a confirmation message.
    Variable: {{superhogverified}}
  • "Superhog approved" This field shows if Truvi has approved the guest after screening. It defaults to "No". It updates to "Yes" only if the guest completes screening and Truvi approves them based on a risk evaluation.
    Variable: {{superhog_approved}}
  • "Verification status" This field tracks the guest's screening progress. Possible values are:

    • "Not Started": The guest has not started the screening process.
    • "In Progress": The guest has started the process but not finished it.
    • "Verified": The guest has completed the screening process.

    Variable: {{superhogverificationstatus}}

  • "Verification link" This is the guest-facing URL for the Truvi screening. Share this link with guests so they can complete their screening. You can include it in automated messages or saved replies.
    Variable: {{superhogverificationurl}}
