When you create your Booking Website, you select which properties will be included in the Booking Engine. These properties will appear in the search results of the Engine and can be booked by guests. You can always take properties on and off the Booking Engine as your business needs change. Follow the instructions below to configure which properties to include in the Booking Engine.
Prerequisites and limitations
- Only active and listed properties can be included in the Booking Engine.
- Listings that have been unlisted from booking channels will not appear on the Booking Website. A property must be to be displayed.
- Only single-unit listings can be added to the Booking Website, not complexes.

If you set your booking website to include "All" properties, any properties you create will automatically be added to the list of properties included in the Booking Website. You can always change these settings.
Select which properties to include in the Booking Website
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels, then select Booking website.
- In the relevant Booking Website row, click the pencil icon under Assigned properties. In the pop-up, select the relevant option:
- Specific properties: Manually select which properties to include in the Booking Engine. The selected properties will appear under "Assigned". To add more properties to the Engine, click Unassigned, and tick the checkboxes of the properties you want to add.
- Assign by rule: Customize how current and future properties will be added to the Booking Engine using filters. You can exclude properties from this selection.
- All: include all the properties you currently have. New properties you created will be added automatically to the list. You can exclude properties from this selection.
- After you applied your changes, click Done.
The destination dropdown in the Booking Engine search widget is automatically synced with the cities assigned to your Booking Engine listings.
