Finding the Stripe account for a specific payment

You can process credit card transactions in Guesty by connecting to a Stripe account.

If you want to know which account is responsible for processing one of your reservation's payments, follow the instructions below.  

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click More, then select Reservations from the dropdown menu.
3. Select the relevant reservation.
4. In the banner at the top of the page, click Balance due/Payout.
5. Find the "Payments" section and locate the relevant payment.
6. Click on the payment to expand it.

The account responsible for processing this payment is under "Payment processor account".
