Finding the Stripe account for a specific payment

You can process credit card transactions in Guesty by connecting to a Stripe account.

If you want to know which account is responsible for processing one of your reservation's payments, follow the instructions below.  

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the side navigation menu, click Reservation report.
3. Select the relevant reservation.
4. In the submenu, click Payments.
5. Click on the relevant payment to expand it and look for "Payment processor account".
