With Guesty PriceOptimizer's local events settings, you can better control and tailor your pricing strategy to the needs of your specific local market. Instead of making manual adjustments for premium dates that are not recognized under holiday pricing strategies, create a local event rule that is reflected in your overall pricing strategy data.
Please note the following hierarchy:
- A manual override made in the PriceOptimizer pricing forecast, the multi-calendar, or the listing's calendar will take precedent over all local events.
- If a local event is added after a manual override, the local event pricing will only be applied to days that don’t have other manual overrides.
In summary:
PriceOptimizer or calendar manual override > Manual local event
