Changing a listing's nickname

Giving your listings unique nicknames makes them easy to recognize within Guesty. Since nicknames are for internal use, they won't be displayed to guests.

You can change a nickname at any time.

Airbnb users

Making changes to the listing nickname in Airbnb disables your ability to update it in Guesty. In this case, the nickname is managed in Airbnb and locked from being changed from Guesty. The nickname won't be displayed in Guesty but will appear in Airbnb. 

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. In the left-side menu, click Settings.
5. In the "Nickname" section, click Edit.

6. Enter the new nickname under "Nickname".

   The character limit for the nickname field is 20 characters.

7. Click Save.
