There are two ways to browse our Help Center and find instant answers and step-by-step guides to the most commonly asked questions.
Using the search bar
- Get started by typing the information you're looking for in the search bar, or browse our main categories.
- A list of relevant articles will appear. Click on an article's name to open it.
Browsing categories
- Hover over each category on the Help Center's homepage to reveal more options. Choose an item from the list or click Show All to see all articles under that category.
- Once you've chosen a category, you'll see all the other topics from your selected category listed on the left side of the page.
Using the help widget (Beta users only)
In your Guesty account, click the question-mark icon at the top-right corner to access the help widget and chat with our helpful chatbot to get answers quickly.
