Unable to change an inquiry to a confirmed reservation

If you are unable to change the status of a reservation from "inquiry" to "confirmed", it may indicate that a confirmed reservation was received for overlapping dates after the inquiry arrived in Guesty. If this occurs, you will see the following error message when making the change:

"Can't confirm reservation with specified dates".

Note:

Check the calendar to see if an overlapping reservation has been received.
