Personalizing a guest app

The guest app is where you create a customized check-in form that you can send to guests before they arrive to gather useful information about them and their stay and to allow them to upload their passport or driver's license, for example.

The guest app itself can also be customized. Follow the instructions below or watch our video.

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account. If you are in the middle of creating the check-in form, finish that, and click Done, then continue from step 4.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Auto-messaging and select Guest app from the dropdown menu.
3. Click of the relevant guest app and then click Edit Guest App.
4. To the right of "App branding", click Personalize.
5. Upload a photo of your brand and choose the default welcome and goodbye greetings guests will see.
6. In the top-right corner, click Done.
7. In the top-right corner, click Save guest app.
