Navigating to a listing page in a connected channel

Adding a link to the listing page in a booking channel makes navigating between Guesty and the channel easy, letting you maneuver between the platforms easily and effectively.

Access the listing page in a connected channel

The channel integration page

When you connect a listing to either Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo (Full sync only), the link will automatically be added to the integration page with the channel, under the “Listing in channel” or the "Channel ID" columns. Click the name of the listing to access its page in the channel.

For listings connected to the Booking Website, the link will automatically be added to the Booking Website integration page.

The property card

Another way to access the listing page in a channel is by clicking the channel icon at the top right of the property card. The icon will appear when you connect the listing to the channel.

You can view all property cards in the “Listings” tab in the Guesty dashboard.

If the listing is not connected to any channels, you can click the plus icon at the top right of the property card. You'll be redirected to the distribution page, where you can connect to booking channels.

For listings connected to Airbnb, Booking.com, and the Booking Website, clicking the channel icon will lead you to the listing page in the channel (the link will automatically be added). To navigate there, click the channel icon, and select .

You can add the link manually for all other connected channels, including Vrbo Lite users with Limited sync connection. Follow the instructions below to manually add or change the link to the listing page in a connected channel.

Add a link to the channel listing page

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
3. Click the relevant listing.
4. At the top of the property menu, hover over the channel icon. Then, click the plus icon.
5. In the pop-up, enter the URL of the listing page in the channel, starting with: https://
6. Click Done.

Changing the link to a channel listing page

You can only edit the link if you have manually added it. 

Step by step:

1. Repeat steps 1-3 above.
2. At the top of the listing menu, hover over the channel icon, then click the pencil icon. 
3. Change the URL, then click Done.
