Mobile App: Managing your calendar in the mobile app

The Guesty mobile app allows you to enjoy many of our desktop features while on the go. Tap at the bottom of the app to open the Multi-Calendar.

Below the actions you can take via Multi-Calendar in Guesty's mobile app:

  • Infinity scrolling: A quick and frictionless experience to view all your listings in the Multi-Calendar, infinity scrolling has replaced separate pages for displaying multiple listings.

  • Switch calendar views: Use the view switch icon in the top right corner to toggle between single listing view and all listings view
  • Date range view: The date range view in the Multi-Calendar has been expanded from one month to two months.

  • Multi-Calendar search: Use the search feature to locate a listing.

    1. Tap the search icon at the top-right corner.

    2. Enter the relevant listing's name or nickname in the search box.

    3. Tap Search.

  • Filter listings: View the most relevant listings by adding filters to the Multi-Calendar. Filter your listings by city, listing tags, and whether or not the properties are listed in the connected booking channels.

    1. Tap to open the options.

    2. Select the relevant filters.

    3. Tap Apply.

  • View Multi-Calendar in landscape view: Rotate your mobile device to switch to landscape view and view up to twice as many calendar days at a time.

  • Create a reservation: Tap on the Create a Reservation button to add a new reservation to your calendar.

  • View a reservation summary: Tap and hold reservations on the Multi-Calendar to view a brief pop-up summary of the reservation. In the pop-up, tap to view the full reservation details.

  • View reservations: Tap a reservation on the Multi-Calendar to view the reservation in full.

  • View a listing's details: Tap a listing name on the Multi-Calendar to open the listing's details.

  • Block dates manually: Manually block available nights directly via Multi-Calendar.

  • Change nightly rates: You can manually change a nightly rate on a listing via Multi-Calendar.
  • Multi-unit expand/collapse sub-units: Tap the arrow to the right of a multi-unit to expand or collapse the sub-units displayed in the Multi-Calendar.

Manually block dates on the Multi-Calendar

You can manually block dates on a listing via Multi-Calendar.
The selected dates will be blocked across all booking channels. Follow the instructions below to block dates via the Guesty mobile app.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. At the bottom, tap   .
  3. Select any available date (we recommend choosing the first day you want to block).
  4. In the "From" and "To" fields, select the relevant dates.
    Make sure you always choose at least 2 different dates, even if you're blocking a single night.
    For example: Let's say you want to block the night of 07.12.
    Block the dates from 07.12 to 08.12.
  5. Under "Availability", tap the Manually blocked checkbox.
  6. Add an internal note, if relevant.
  7. Tap Save.
    The block will only cover part of the end date, since most of that day isn't part of the reservation — the guest(s) will only be checking-out.

Manually unblock dates on the Multi-Calendar

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. From the bottom navigation bar, tap   .
  3. Tap the relevant block on the calendar.
  4. Unmark the Manually blocked checkbox.
  5. Tap Save.

Manually change minimum nights on a listing

You can manually change the minimum nights on a listing at any time via Multi-Calendar.
The new minimum nights will be updated across all connected booking channels.

Follow the instructions below to change the minimum night via the Guesty mobile app.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty mobile app.
  2. At the bottom, tap the  icon.
  3. Tap on a specific open date in the multi-calendar.
  4. Tap Override min nights or rates.
  5. Change the number of minimum nights.
  6. Tap Save.

Manually change a nightly rate on a listing

You can manually change a nightly rate on a listing at any time via Multi-Calendar.
The new rate will be updated across all connected booking channels.

Follow the instructions below to change a nightly rate via the Guesty mobile app.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty Mobile App.
  2. At the bottom, tap .
  3. Tap an available date on the calendar.
  4. Tap Override min nights or rates.
  5. In the "From" and "To" fields, select the relevant dates.
  6. Enter the new rate under "Nightly Rate".
  7. Tap Save.

Remove the cleaning status from your multi-calendar (Desktop only)

Follow the instructions below if the cleaning status of your listings is being displayed on your Multi-Calendar and you want to remove it.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Under "Cleaning Status", switch the Display cleaning status in Multi-Calendar toggle off.

View a listing's calendar

You can view a listing's monthly calendar in the mobile app.

ֿStep by step:

  1. Sign in to the Guesty Mobile App.
  2. At the bottom, tap .
  3. In the top left, tap on the property name.
  4. At the top right, tap .
  5. Click the left and right arrows to move forward and backward in the calendar.
