You can add your terms & conditions to your Booking Website settings. You can select Guesty's template or use your own.
Follow the instructions below.
Add terms and conditions to the Booking Website
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Channels, then select Booking website.
- Click
next to the relevant Booking Website, and select Edit Booking Website.
- At the left side bar, click Company policy.
- Under "Terms & Conditions" section, select whether to "Use Guesty's template" or "Use your own Terms & Conditions".
- If you selected to use your own Terms & Conditions, type them in the text box below. If you are using Guesty's template for Terms & Conditions, you can ensure your guests read them by marking the checkbox under "Read Guesty's template".
- Navigate to "Languages (optional)" by clicking it in the side menu, or by clicking Next a few times at the top right of your screen.
- Click Save Booking Website.
