Displaying your terms and conditions on your Guesty Booking Website

Follow the instructions below to add your terms & conditions to your Booking Website settings. You can select Guesty's template or use your own.

Add terms and conditions to the Booking Website

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Channels to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Booking website.
  4. Click next to the relevant Booking Website, and select Edit Booking Website.
  5. At the left side bar, click Company policy.
  6. Under "Terms & Conditions" section, select whether to "Use Guesty's template" or "Use your own Terms & Conditions".
  7. If you selected to use your own Terms & Conditions, type them in the text box below. If you are using Guesty's template for Terms & Conditions, you can ensure your guests read them by marking the checkbox under "Read Guesty's template".
  8. Navigate to "Languages (optional)" by clicking it in the side menu, or by clicking Next a few times at the top right of your screen.
  9. Click Save Booking Website.
