You can choose how many nights out of a calendar year are available for reservations on a specific listing. The annual night limit can be applied for every year, or just the remainder of the current year. Once the limit you have set is reached, you will be notified, and the calendar for the relevant listing will be blocked for the rest of the year.
You can use the calendar to track the number of nights that have been booked out of the listing's annual night limit.
Understand calendar blocking
Review the following guidelines to understand how the annual night limit affects your calendar:
- A listing is blocked only after it exceeds the annual night limit. For example, if your limit is 60 nights and you have 58 nights booked, you might still receive an instant book reservation for more than two days.
- Once the listing reaches the limit, no indication is shown in the Multi-Calendar, but the calendar will be blocked.
