You can choose how many nights out of a calendar year are available for reservations on a specific listing. The annual night limit can be applied for every year, or just the remainder of the current year. Once the limit you have set is reached, you will be notified and the calendar for the relevant listing will be blocked for the rest of the year.
You can use the calendar to track the number of nights that have been booked out of the listing's annual night limit.
Important:
The listing will get blocked only after exceeding the annual night limit. If your night limit is 60 nights per year, for example, and you have reached 58 booked nights, you may receive an instant book reservation that is longer than 2 days, thus exceeding your night limit.
