If your account was deactivated due to a failed payment, follow the instructions below:

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the side navigation menu, click icon Account to open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. In the submenu, click Payment methods.
  5. To the right, click Add a payment method.
  6. Fill in the credit card details.
  7. Click Save.
  8. In the submenu, click Upcoming invoices.
  9. Click Pay now.
  10. Once payment is successful, contact us to have your Guesty account reactivated.
