Requirments
A listing is eligible to use Guesty PriceOptimizer if it meets the following requirements:

The listing must be active and listed for 2 business days on Guesty. During this period, PriceOptimizer analyzes the property's details, real-time market trends, and manual user adjustments to recommend daily and nightly rates and provide a one-year pricing forecast.
Note:
If the listing was created or imported and listed in Guesty on a Friday, you can activate PriceOptimizer on or after Tuesday next week.
