Welcoming families to your vacation rental is a great way to expand your guest base. Use the instructions below to indicate that your listing is child-friendly.
Before you begin
- Children are included in a listing's guest count, and must not supersede the listing's occupancy.
- Children above the age limit you set in the child policy are considered adults.
- If the number of children in a reservation is higher than the number you allow in the child policy, they'll be considered adults.
Vrbo
- Vrbo users who have a limited sync connection type, set your child policy in Vrbo. Vrbo users who have a full sync connection type, set your child policy in Guesty.
- Changes to the child policy will sync to Vrbo within 24 hours.
- Your listing amenities will be updated automatically to include "family/kid friendly".
